A valid notice should include:

  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

If material is removed or disabled, you may send a counter-notice if you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may restore the material if the counter-notice satisfies the requirements of applicable law.

We may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
